Gazpaco Soup

4 large tomatoes chopped
1 fresh garlic clove
1 tea red pepper flakes
1/4 c olive oil
2 T fresh cilantro
1 T fresh parsley
1/2 c onion
1/4 tea cumin seeds
1/4 tea oregano
juice of 1 lime
garnish cucumbers, red and bell peppers
serve with sour cream and lime!

The idea is to keep it fresh. It is really good.

  1. I never had gazpacho. It’s a weird idea to have soup cold. But I’m sure it tastes nice. So do you mix al these ingredients and heat it up and then cool it down?
