I saw this recipe and it looked delish to me so my husband and I went up to their house and I made it for dinner! It was really good and actually pretty fun and easy to make. Fry a bunch of mushrooms (no oil or butter)
Then I fried 1lbs ham with about 1lbs chicken (No lamb, and I didn’t mince it, just cut it up in chunks.)
I added onion salt and garlic salt (since I’d accidentally left the garlic and scallions at home)
Mix in about 1/3 ish cup of Parmesan
I cleaned out tomatoes, Peppers and Zuchinni and stuffed them with the stuffing mixture.
